Privacy Statement

At Lucid we recognize that privacy is important. This Policy applies to all of the products, services and websites offered by LucidLogix Technologies, Ltd. or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies (collectively, Lucid's "services"). In addition, where more detailed information is needed to explain our privacy practices, we will post separate privacy notices to describe how particular services process personal information.

Lucid adheres to the US safe harbor privacy principles of Notice, Choice, Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity, Access and Enforcement, and is registered with the U.S. Department of Commerce's safe harbor program.

Downloading Software or Information From Lucid

Lucid's software and services are made available to end-users as a courtesy service and should be used on appropriate software and hardware as specified in the minimum system requirements. Lucid makes no specific support commitments to those software programs which are considered in a beta phase and, while we make every effort to ensure that the software works and is well tested, incompatibilities can - and often will - occur.

As with any software downloaded from the Internet, please excersize caution in downloading and installing.
